Welcome to My Mountain Cabin by Great Mountain Cabin Rentals in Murphy, NC. This sweet cabin offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 fire pits. Just .2 miles of pavement (no gravel here) from Highway 64 and 5 miles from the Tennessee lines allowed quick access to the Ocoee Recreation Area for a great deal of adventure fun. One bedroom (queen) is located on the first floor and the second is the loft (queen) offers, pull out sofa and additional 1/2 bath and small office area/reading nook. The kitchen is well equipped and has beautiful granite countertops. The Flat screen TV offers satellite service and the cabin comes equipped with internet and wifi.
The first fire pit is located is a gazebo off the main deck and is gas for easy convenience. The second fire pit is down a short walking deck staircase and is wood. Great for making smores and telling stories.
Bedroom Breakdown: One bedroom (queen) is located on the first floor, pull out sofa in the living room, and the second bedroom is the loft (queen) with an additional 1/2 bath and small office area/reading nook.
Road Conditions: All roads to the development are paved. Roads within the development are paved.
Recreational Opportunities:White water rafting on the Nantahala River (for ages 7 and up) and the Ocoee River (ages 12 and up) are within a 45 minute drive. Don’t forget about flying high among the trees and book a zip line canopy tour (ages 10 and up).
