Advance reservations are recommended, for same day stays, please call 828.835.3275.

We do not do 1 night rentals so please don’t ask.

Check in and Check out

Check in after 4 pm and before 7 pm. Check out 10 am

Let us know if you’d like to arrive or depart outside of these times
and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payments & Deposits

There is a non-refundable $25 reservation fee on all reservations.

A prepayment of 50% of the nightly rental rate is due at time of reservations are made.

The remaining balance will be billed to your credit card on file 30 days before arrival.

If reservation is made less than 30 days before you arrive, the entire amount is due.


Age Requirements to Rent Cabin

You must be at least 25 years of age, in order to rent one of our cabin rentals.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservations, email me immediately.

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival:  You will receive a refund of all payment(s) made for reservation, less an administrative fee of $50.00.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival:  As soon as cancellation is received, the period of time you reserved will be added back to the calendar. If we are able to re-rent the entire time reserved to another guest, you will receive a refund of all payment(s) made for reservation, less an administrative fee of $50.00. If we are able to re-rent a portion of the days originally reserved, you will receive a pro-rated refund of payment(s) made for reservation, according to the number of dates re-rented, less an administrative fee of $50.00.

If we are unable to re-rent the original time reserved to another guest, you will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment(s) made on the reservation, unless there are extenuating circumstances. An example of these extenuating circumstances would be; a death in the immediate family, a serious illness, or other understandable circumstances. These extenuating circumstances would be subject to the approval of cabin owner. If cabin owner approves, you will be credited the amount paid towards a rescheduled reservation within the same year.

If you have a serious issue which prevents you from keeping your reservation.  Please email me as soon as you are made away of the issue, so that we can discuss a resolution.

Pets are allowed in pet friendly cabins only. You must pay a pet fee. Dogs only. They must be crated if you leave the cabin and they are left in the cabin. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, sleep in beds. You are not allowed to bath the dogs in the shower or tubs and dogs are not allowed in the hot tubs

All of ur cabin is smoke free.
